You can collect this item and for trade it for 1 "Red Rock-Paper-Scissors Coupon" with 10 "Red Mosquito" items and 50,000 Penya at the NPC "Mayor of Flarine".

With the coupon, you can play Rock-Paper-Scissors(RPS) game at the NPC "Demian".

If you win against Demian, you can play additional rounds without additional coupons. The more RPS games you win consecutively, you will get better rewards.

You can win up to 9 games consecutively to get the best possible prize.
