Regarding the Pet Pass rewards, which is currently being provided within the game, it has been confirmed that a F-grade pet is obtained instead of the D-grade pet described in the item description when using the "Egg Hatcher" paid reward item.

We are first sorry for any inconvenience caused to players regarding this issue.

The development team is aware of this issue and is planning to fix it through the maintenance scheduled today, August 3 2023.

For players who have already used the "Egg Hatcher" item, compensation will be provided regarding resources (Pet Candy items) to raise F-grade pets into D-grade pets.

We will provide the compensation item as soon as we check the details internally and will inform our players through a separate notice when the compensation has been provided.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for this issue and will do our best to prevent issues like this in future services.
