If your character or account is banned by the enhanced system, restriction will remain permanent as it is a direct violation of our policies and code of conduct.

If you have sent a ticket regarding this matter, our representatives for our customer center will check every cases in detail before responding back.

However, once a case is checked and proper response is given, the decision will be final.

The development team will continue to make efforts on the security system and bot detection to ensure a fair & pleasant game experience in Flyff Universe.

Also, the development team is aware of the World Boss HP from the 2nd Anniversary Event and preparing to fix the HP issue.

Once the preparation is ready to fix this issue, we will provide a separate announcement.
