The FWC 2024 Tournament Finals will be held in Manila, Philippines, and the PvP ranking match (preliminary round) that has been held so far to find the teams who will get the ticket to Manila has ended.

- The TOP 6 teams that will be finalized based on the results of the PvP ranking match will be announced later due to separately contacting the finalist teams.

 

[PvP Finals Rule]

- Round 8 Double Elimination

  1) Final match: Best of 3 matches

  2) Other matches will be single match

- Match Draw: The leaders of each team will draw and form the bracket

- Time

  1) Setup: 3 minutes (login, personal device, seat, etc.)

  2) Waiting for entry: 1 minute

  3) Player Preparation: 1 minute

  4) Game: 5 minutes

- 1st place team: USD 80,000 (USD 20,000 per member)

- 2nd place team: USD 20,000 (USD 5,000 per member)

- 3rd place team: USD 10,000 (USD 2,500 per member)

  1) Round-trip airfare to Manila, Philippines

  2) Hotel accommodation during the Finals

 

[FWC server character DB Back-up]

- Time: During maintenance on October 2, 2024

- This DB Back-up will mean that we will record the exact character data during the 10/2 maintenance and this character will be in the same state as the backup as it will be used for actual Finals matches.

[Notice]

- Other rules that are not specified are the same as the FWC PvP Preliminary Rounds.

- If the TOP 6 of the PvP Preliminary Round cannot participate in the Finals, the opportunity will be given to the next ranked team.

- Participants must prepare their own visas to the Philippines.

  1) The Philippines is a country that is friendly to travelers from almost all countries, but some countries may require separate visas through the Philippine embassy.

- Finalists must provide personal information to the service provider for flight/accommodation reservations. (Documents related to the consent to use personal information will be distributed directly to the finalists)

- Among the finalists, those who win prize money must provide bank information and personal information to receive the prize money, and cannot receive it by an account other than the person himself.

- Nationality is based on the country that issued the relevant passport (Regardless of the country of residence)

- The prize money will be remitted through a local Singaporean bank (PlayPark Singapore), excluding related taxes. The winner is responsible for paying taxes to the winner's country, and the company is not responsible for any issues that may arise when the winner does not pay taxes. 

- Those listed below will be disqualified from advancing to the final and the opportunity will be given to the next highest ranked team.

  a) If any member of the team fails to provide personal information for flight and accommodation reservations.

  b) If one of the team members commits abuse or commits an act that could be considered abuse during the PvP period.

  c) In case of intentional disruption of event progress.

  d) When all members of a team cannot gather at the final location.

  e) When some or all of the members of a team are replaced by others.

  f) If you play by stealing someone else's account or personal information.

  g) In case of other actions that are inconsistent with the intention of event planning.

- You will be disqualified from participating in the event for the following information, and you will not be able to participate in any future events held by Flyff Universe.

  1) If you do not participate in the final after completing reservations for both accommodation and flights

    (In the case of no-shows, it is not only a problem with the event progress, but it can also be a big problem in that it takes away opportunities from others).

- Finalists must complete character settings by the character DB Back-up date specified above. For fairness reasons, no other character DB Back-up can be provided.

- In relation to the competition, some items may not be available or may be provided due to balance reasons.

- The final pool will be drawn by the team leaders on the Final Stage.

- If the PC is intentionally turned off or disconnected during the final, the team at fault will forfeit the round.

- Any team that intentionally disrupts the final will be forfeited from the tournament.

- The final management will notify participants of the game setting time on the day of the final. Issues that arise after the setting time due to reasons attributable to the player will not be accepted.

- All players must actively participate in the overall FWC Tournament and Finals schedule, and in particular, must agree to or participate in sponsor-related filming, sponsor advertising breaks, and media interviews.

- Any participant who tests positive for any type of drug will not be allowed to play and will be automatically disqualified from the tournament. However, players may present a certificate stating that the prohibited drugs in the Philippines are legal for use in their country of origin. 
Note: Please be advised that the use of drugs and/or marijuana is prohibited in the Philippines, and bringing them into the country can result in imprisonment.

- GAB staff dispatched on-site will conduct drug tests on the top 2 teams participating in the E-Sport event after the event ends.
