Rules of the Game Service Event

01 Event Details and Conditions of Participation

Please check the event page of the official community of each game service for details and period of the event, and conditions for participation. 
The content announced on the individual event page takes precedence over the event rules.

For some countries, there can be restrictions on event participation and winning, depending on the applied laws.

Event details and periods can be canceled or changed inevitably without advance notice.

02 Prize Winning in Event and Conditions for Winning

Depending on the event, you can check whether you have won or not, or if it is announced later. You can check this on the official community on the date of the winner announcement.

Multiple winnings in a single event are not allowed, and a single winning per person should, in principle, be allowed.

Members enumerated below are excluded from winning of free gifts of the event, and winning may be canceled if the reason for disqualification is recognized, even after winning.

- Member who has an account under sanctions for violating the terms and conditions of Flyff Universe (hereinafter “the Game”) game service, game service operation principle of each mobile game, and community policy

- Employees or their family members of Wemade Connect, or stakeholders of Company such as a distributor company.

- Members using account information of others, or false account information.

- Winners not reached through providing contact information or failing in providing information required for accepting free gifts during the winner information collection period.

- Members failing to give clear indication of acceptance of free gift or indicating rejection of free gift.

- Winner not complying with the company's deposit guide of the tax and utility charges in an event where the tax and utility charges are borne by the winner, or not complying with the company's request to process the tax and utility charges.

- Winner failing in providing required information during winner information collection period for tax and utility charges to the company in an event where the tax and utility charges are borne by the company.

03 Payment of Free Gift

During events, the countries where free gifts can be given may be limited. The Company notifies the event announcement of the countries that are subject to the prize event.

The company may ask for the winner's correct address and contact information for accepting gifts through a separate information page.

If an in-game item is paid as the gift, then the item usage period may be limited, dependent on the event, and recovery of the item is not allowed if you accidentally delete the item.

The gift may be replaced with another gift of equivalent value, depending on the company's situation without advance notice.

You are not allowed to transfer the gift or ask cash or other gift with equivalent value with the gift.

If the company does not otherwise announce the burden of tax and utility charges in the event announcement, then the burden of tax and utility charges will be borne by the winner of the prize.

Receiving gifts from the user’s overseas country (Outside of Republic of Korea)

If the gift is delivered overseas, then an additional procedure may be carried out for the collection of personal information by the company and related tax processing according to applicable laws.

If the winners fail to fulfill the requests for receipt of gifts and handling costs such as taxes during the winner's information collection period, or do not provide necessary data or information, the winnings may be canceled.

Processing of related costs such as taxes is applied in accordance with the domestic laws of the winner.

04 Protection of Personal Information

For announcing winners, some account information such as part of account name, and nickname (name), character name in the game may be notified to the official community where the event is underway.

For delivery of gifts, the names and phone numbers of the winners will be transferred to the delivery agency. If you do not want this, then you may decline and forfeit the win.

The type of personal information collected for gift delivery and the procedure for collecting personal information may vary, depending on the country where gifts are received.

05 General Matters

By participating in the event and claiming the right of the gift, you consent to all rules and relevant matters above, guarantee that you do not infringe anyone else's rights, and agree that Wemade Connect is entrusted with all rights related to the event.

By participating in the event and claiming the right of the gift, you consent that Wemade Connect can post part of your account name, character name (or part of your real name) as well as the product information in the official community of each game service.

Participant also consents that they are solely responsible for injury, or damage to properties or the gift during participation in the event, and loss of gift resulting from acceptance, loss, forwarding and use.

The company should not be held responsible for all and every damage, loss and injury resulting from acceptance and use of gifts provided by the event.

You consent that Wemade Connect should not be responsible for lawsuit expenses in any cases.

You consent that all and every dispute and claims relevant to event or gift should be resolved pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Wemade Connect should not be responsible for issues relevant to contact with participants resulting from technical or human errors.

All of Wemade Connect’s interpretations and decisions on entering the event and rule application are final and unchangeable.
