  ※ Key members, including the Executive Producer of Flyff Universe, will be participating in the Pre-Meetup.

            ※Further details will be provided in a later announcement including specific Venue. 

2. Final Participants

Based on the ranking match results [View Notice] and the announced rules, the list of finalists has been confirmed.
Please welcome them with a warm welcome.

※ The Playpark Wild Card participants will be updated on September 29

 NOTE. Grand Finalist Data Backup Date

• DATE: October 1, 2025 – 07:00:00(UTC) 

• Important:

1) The Grand Final will be held on a separate secure server. Finalists’ data will be backed up at the above time.

2) All character setups must be finalized by then (character login not required).

3) Any changes made after the backup will not be reflected on the final server.

4) All necessary consumables will be equally provided to all finalists.

7. On-site Event at the Tournament Venue on the 18th

All on-site events are intended for users who can attend the venue. Please note this accordingly.

• • How to attend 

  1) Register to the [Google Form].

•  - Register Period : ASAP starting date ~ October, 14th(Tue)

   - Required information: Guild Name + Number of expected participants of the guild member

  2) Gather your guild members at the event venue.
  3) Meet Guild Rally representative at the gate and receive Guild Rally Only items
    - Guild Rally Only items : Guild Raffle Ticket + Guild Bracelet ticket + Guild Light Stick for each guild

  4) Must have a minimum 15 members to join to qualify for the activity

  5) Each guild member must be wearing a guild shirt (Optional) 

  6) Register your guild at the designated booth to be officially counted.
  The guild with the largest number of attendees present wins exclusive rewards

• Rewards
  1) CHAMPION:
  - Cash: Php 18,000
  - In-game item:

Flyffers Assemble! Guild Rally Event 2 Special Raffle!

1) Meet Guild Rally representative at the gate and receive Guild Rally Only items

2) Raffle Drawing time: After Grand Final Team interview, there will be a Guild Raffle Drawing For the final Reward

3) Once the winner guild’s name is announced, the whole remaining guild members of the winners will receive the Reward

4) Guild Bracelet Ticket should remain undamaged to receive the Reward

• How to attend
  1) Attendees can take photos at the FWC photo wall or event booth or onsite scene.
  2) Post the photo on SNS(Facebook, Instagram) with the official hashtag

3) We will collect all the qualified posts and will do a livestream on October 22 to consider the winners.

FWC Prediction Challenge (on-site)

• How to attend
  1) Attendees predict the winner of the FWC Finals Match.
  2) Fill out a prediction card at the registration area or via QR code.
  3) Those who predict correctly will be entered into a raffle for exclusive prizes.

2) 500 Gcash for each winners

 

8.Tournament Streaming Event (Playpark)

The Tournament Streaming Event (Playpark) is organized by Playpark and is intended for users in the Philippines where the event is being held. Please note this accordingly.

Stream Rally (online)

• How to attend
  1) Tune in to the official FWC livestream
  2) Share the FWC stream, must be set to public, must include in the caption #FWC2025  WATCHFWC2025
  3) Comment with your IGN and server in the livestream chat.
  4) Lucky participants will be randomly chosen to win CASH PRIZES

• Reward
  1) 15 winners will be selected
  2) 500 Gcash for each winners

 

9. Mandatory Instructions for All Event Attendees

• All participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

• All event participants must strictly follow the instructions and supervision of their assigned managers.

• All event participants are expected to actively cooperate with Flyff Universe marketing activities and external media coverage, including photo shoots, video recording, and media interviews.

• All event participants are asked to refrain from engaging in local activities in the Philippines outside of the official event schedule. In unavoidable cases, the destination and accompanying persons must be reported to the assigned managers. Please note that any incidents or accidents occurring outside the official event schedule will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

• Meals will be provided to all event participants at the designated hotel facilities. However, due to local circumstances and group dining arrangements, halal or vegetarian options may not be available. Choosing meals outside of those provided during the event will not be covered or supported.
