After the maintenance on April 24, 2025, special events will be held exclusively on the FWC 2025 Server*.

 (Please note that all events mentioned are only for FWC 2025 Server and will not be available for other servers)

 [Server Specific Options]

The FWC server will have the following beneficial buffs during the duration of the server being open:

x2 EXP

x2 Drop Rate

x2 Upgrade Chance

Also, there will be special items in the Item Shop specifically for FWC servers, such as special buff items. You must be at least Lv 30 or above to be able to trade items from the Item Shop with other players.

 However, please note that in order to balance out the inflation caused by the x2 Drop Rate, the Penya obtained from selling items to the NPC shops will be half (x0.5) of the amount obtained on other servers.

 

 [Level Achievement Event]

 During this event, players can aim for special rewards by reaching certain levels. This event will go on from the opening of the server and until the end of the server.

 Here are the details of the level achievement rewards:

*Stats from the Title Bonus will not be transferred to other servers.

 The stats from the titles will only be applied when you equip them, and will not be a cumulative buff.

 You can check the details from the in-game Event menu and this event is applied per character.

 Also please note that you actually obtain the 2025 FWC Master title from the Equipment Exchange Event, not the level achievement event.

 

[Max Level Event]

To celebrate the first player to reach Level 165, statues featuring their character appearance and name will be placed in each town.

Clicking the statue grants the following buffs for 30 minutes, in addition to the player's existing buffs.

[Equipment Exchange Event]

During this event, players can exchange certain equipment for special FWC equipment. This event will go on from the opening of the server and until the end of the server. You will need to reach Level 165 in order to participate in this event.

Please note that exchanges are limited once per character for each piece of equipment, except for Blade classes, where they can exchange 2 weapons.

As you exchange the equipment, additional rewards are available based on the number of exchanges.

Please note that we will only transfer the Box item itself and not the accessory you obtain from it, unless you are equipping it during the transfer.

Also, please note that the FWC Equipment exchange event-related transferable items such as equipment and weapons, will be converted to be Account-linked when you transfer your character later on. We will be making a more detailed announcement about the transfer process on a later date.

 

[PvE Ranking Competition Event]

- Period: To be announced

- How to Participate: Form a team of 4 members from the same guild and challenge a boss monster in a time-attack style event.

- Rewards:

* The delivery date for each prize will be announced in a future notice.

* If the winner does not want the Physical Prize, they can receive fCoin prize as in worth twice the amount.

* The Physical Prize may be provided as a new product rather than the announced product depending on the manufacturer's new product launch plan.

 

[PvP Tournament Event]

 A PvP Tournament event will proceed online during the preliminary round and Finals Tournament will be held as an offline stage in Manila, Philippines.

• Period: To be announced

• Manila Grand Final: Scheduled for September 20

Please ensure you are available for around 4 days, including travel, rest, the finals, and return.

 

Team Formation Rules

• Teams must consist of players from the same Zone.

• A PvP registration system will be introduced to prevent abuse, requiring passport-based information (printed name, nationality).

• Once a character has registered for a team, they cannot join a different team.

• Zone 2: SEA & MENA — 2 Tickets

• Zone 3: East Asia & ETC (East Asia, Oceania, South Asia) — 1 Ticket

• Zone 4: Europe & Africa — 2 Tickets

Rewards & Prizes

<Event Notes>

• Online regional tournaments will be held for PvP preliminaries. Winners will advance to the Grand Final.

• If a qualified team cannot attend the finals, the next highest-ranked team will take their place.

• Tie-breakers or additional wildcard matches may occur after the preliminaries.

• Finalists must provide personal information for travel/hotel reservations to Gala Lab (developer), Wemade Connect (publisher), and the FWC 2025 marketing agency.

• Information collected will only be used for the event and will be deleted afterward.

• Nationality is determined by your passport, not residence.

• There may be discrepancies in Zone assignments based on traffic and player distribution—please understand this was done for smoother event operation.

• The Grand Final will feature 8 teams (7 zone finalists + 1 Korean team) in a double-elimination format.

• Finals will take place on a secure server; character setups must be completed before the announced backup date.

• Some game features may be added/disabled for balance purposes during the finals.

• Match brackets will be drawn on-site.

• Intentional match disruption may result in forfeiture.

• All finalists must actively participate in all FWC 2025 events including sponsor shoots, ads, and interviews.

• Prize money will be issued post-tax and transfer fee deduction.

• Prize money will be equally split among team members. (e.g., $10,000 for 3rd = $2,500 per member before tax)

• Winners must provide personal bank details; third-party accounts are not allowed.

• Prize money will be paid by the marketing agency and may be reduced depending on local banking/tax regulations.

• Players are responsible for paying any taxes required by their own country. The company is not liable for unpaid taxes.

• Finals eligibility may be revoked under the following:

• Inability to provide personal details for travel arrangements

• Abusing the system during preliminaries

• Disrupting the event

• Incomplete team attendance at the finals

• Team members being replaced by others

• Using someone else's account or identity

• Any behavior conflicting with the event’s intended purpose

• Players who confirm flight and hotel bookings but fail to attend will be permanently banned from future Flyff Universe events.

No-shows waste event resources and deprive others of opportunities.

• Due to local esports fair play laws, finalists may be subjected to drug testing by local authorities. Testing positive will result in immediate disqualification regardless of tournament results.
