Game Version 1.5.1 Patch Notes (Feb 26)

Here are the patch notes for maintenance on 2026-02-26 (no version change):

Class Balance Changes

Forcemaster
-Power Palm, Initiating Strike, and Staggering Strike cooldown reduced from 15s → 12s (base and all variations).
-Master Variations 3 cooldown progression for the "Power Palm" and "Staggering Strike" skills adjusted to 11s / 10s / 9s / 8s / 7s.
-Concentration (Nen) Magic Power bonus adjusted from 20/25/30/35/40 → 10/15/20/25/30.
-Bubble’s Blessing no longer applies an incoming damage penalty at any level or Master variation.

Mentalist
-Lillith’s Gaze effect duration increased from 3s → 5s (base, charged, and Master variations).
-Aether Rend's Increased Damage variation now has higher base damage than the base version.

Arcanist
-Ice Shard cooldown reduced from 120s → 100s (base and related variations).
-Ice Shard Master Variation 3 cooldown progression adjusted from 110/105/100/95/90s → 90/85/80/75/70s.
-Zephyr’s Grace shield values increased from 1000/2000/3000/4000/5000 → 1500/3000/4500/6000/7500.

Seraph
-Blessing of the Wise cooldown standardized to 75s at all levels and Master variations.
-Hammer of Judgement cooldown reduced from 25s → 20s (all variations).
-Hammer of Judgement (PvP) cooldown reduced from 60s → 45s (all variations).
-Kyrie Eleison Attack Rate (%) now scales correctly.

Templar
-Shield Crush proc chance increased from 80% → 100% (including PvP and all variations).
-Templar’s Call (PvP) proc chance increased to 100% across all variations.
-Templar’s Call – Strong Embrace has been reworked and renamed to Relentless Embrace. The effect now reduces the skill’s cooldown.
-Templar’s Call now has separate PvP and PvE cooldowns.
-Base / Ankle Slice / Multi-Capture Variations: PvP 45s, PvE 30s.
-Relentless Embrace Variation: PvP 42 / 39 / 36 / 33 / 30s, PvE 28 / 26 / 24 / 22 / 20s.

Harlequin
-Special Yo-Yo Mastery multistrike values adjusted from 11/12/13/14/15 → 11/11/12/12/13.
-Critical Stab (and related variants) cooldown reduced from 200/195/190/185/180s → 170/165/160/155/150s.
-Critical Stab – Reduced Cooldown adjusted from 175/170/165/160/155s → 140/135/130/125/120s.
-Critical Stab – Increased Damage reworked.
-Critical Damage adjusted to 62.5/65/67.5/70/75%.
-Critical Chance adjusted to -64.5/-69/-73.5/-78/-82.5%.

Bug Fixes
-Fixed an issue where Bubble's Blessing synergy values were applying unintended scaling.

General Changes
-Master variations now have the maximum level scaling factor (as if they were always level 5), to prevent reductions in scaling from the base skill.
