We would like to provide the details for the FWC 2024 PvP Tournament.

We hope that through this announcement, players will have time to prepare in advance for forming a PvP team.

[Caution]

As you know, the final of this FWC PvP tournament will be held offline on a special stage in Manila. PvP consists of a team of 4 people, and players must be careful about team composition. Before participating in a PvP team, please check with your team members to ensure that there are no personal/scheduling problems with overseas travel and entry into Manila before forming a team. (Manila is a tourist city and provides a visit visa [Direct link to Philippines Travel Visa] for passports of almost all nationalities, but please check if there is anything the player needs to prepare in advance.)

Some event contents and progress may be modified without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the developer or service company.

[PvP Pre-test League, based on UTC]

The PvP Pre-test League is a period where players can freely proceed with class composition, strategy planning and equipment experimentation.

• 8/2 00:00 ~ 8/12 23:59 UTC: Pre-test League match period (additional registration available)
• How to participate
  1) You can apply through [FWC Manager] Ava in Flarine.
  2) Form a team of 4 characters with guild level 10 or higher
  3) Once a team has been formed, it cannot be changed.
  4) Participation Fee: 1,000,000 Penya
  5) PvP tests will be held fourth a day (UTC 01:00, UTC 07:00, UTC 13:00, UTC 19:00)
  
  
• Open Feedback Event
  1) To make the FWC PvP Tournament more exciting, we would like to ask for feedback from players during the pre-test period.
  2) Leave your feedback in the PvP Pre-test Feedback channel on Discord. We will give out 5,000 fCoins to 20 players through a draw.

[FWC PvP Tournament, based on UTC]

The FWC PvP Tournament is a ranking match to select the TOP 6 teams that will advance to the FWC 2024 Finals. The final TOP 6 will compete for the Championship with the two teams selected by Playpark (FWC host country) in the Manila Finals.

• Same participation as above (please refer to the “How to participate” above)
• The team formed during the PvP pre-test will be reset, so you can form a new team again and register.
• After 8/13 maintenance ~ before 8/22 maintenance: FWC PvP registration period
• After 8/22 maintenance ~ before 9/5 maintenance: FWC PvP Tournament period
• September 6th: TOP 6 Back-up Match (If there is a tie in the TOP 6 rankings)
  1) If there are guilds with the same points and kill / death counts, a tie-break back-up match will be held for the 6th place.
  2) All guilds with the same score with that ranking will enter all at once and a Free-for-all match will take place.
  3) The last guild standing shall win, and the other guilds will have their ranks sorted depending on their kill/death scoring
• October 12th: FWC 2024 FINAL in Manila
  
  
• Once again, if you advance to the TOP 6 of the PvP Tournament, you must form a team with members who can travel to Manila, Philippines (including arrival and departure dates). If you are unable to attend the Finals, the opportunity will be passed on to the next ranked team.

[PvP Tournament Finalist Data Backup]

• The PvP Tournament Finals will be held on a separate server after data backup for security and smooth Finals progress.

[PvP Rules for advancing to the finals]

   1) Finalists will be required to provide the company with personal information to make flight/accommodation reservations. (Documents related to consent to use of personal information will be distributed directly to finalists)

   2) Finalists who win a prize must provide banking and personal information to receive the prize money.

   3) Nationality criteria are based on the country in which the passport was issued. (Regardless of country of residence)

   4) The prize money will be remitted through a local bank in Singapore (Playpark headquarters) excluding related taxes. The winner is responsible for paying taxes to the winner's country, and the company is not responsible for any issues that arise if the winner does not pay taxes.

   5) Those listed below will be disqualified from advancing to the final and the opportunity will be given to the next highest ranked team.

       a) If any member of the team fails to provide personal information for flight and accommodation reservations

       b) If one of the team members commits abuse or commits an act that could be considered abuse during the PvP period

       c) In case of intentional disruption of event progress

       d) When all members of a team cannot gather at the final location

       e) When some or all of the members of a team are replaced by others

       f) If you play by stealing someone else's account or personal information

       g) In case of other actions that are inconsistent with the intention of event planning

   6) You will be disqualified from participating in the event for the following information, and you will not be able to participate in any future events held by Flyff Universe.

       a) If you do not participate in the final after completing reservations for both accommodation and flights

         (In the case of no-shows, it is not only a problem with the event progress, but it can also be a big problem in that it takes away opportunities from others.)

[PvP Winning Prize]

[PvP Final]

   - A total of 8 teams will compete in the Final, consisting of the TOP 6 teams from the PvP Tournament and 2 teams from Playpark, a local FWC server in the Philippines.

   - Playpark hosted the competition and selected two finalists as the host country for the FWC 2024 Final.

   - The Final will be played in a double-elimination format.

   - The final tournament will be held on a separate server for security reasons. Therefore, finalists must have completed character settings by the data backup time to be announced in the future.    - In relation to the competition, some items may not be available or may be provided due to balance reasons.

   - The final pool will be drawn by drawing on the Final Stage.

   - If the PC is intentionally turned off or disconnected during the final, the team at fault will forfeit the round.

   - Any team that intentionally disrupts the final will be forfeited from the tournament.

   - The final management will notify participants of the game setting time on the day of the final. Issues that arise after the setting time due to reasons attributable to the player will not be accepted.

   - All players must actively participate in the overall FWC Tournament and Finals schedule, and in particular, must agree to or participate in sponsor-related filming, sponsor advertising breaks, and media interviews.

   - For E-Sports held in the Philippines, if a player tests positive for drugs, the player will be disqualified from winning.

   - GAB staff dispatched on-site will conduct drug tests on the top 2 teams participating in the E-Sport event after the event ends.
