How to report another player via support ticket

You can report another player by sending us a ticket via this support platform.

Simply click the button „Contact Us“ and fill out all the necessary fields of the form.

What information is necessary for a valid ticket report?

We need the following information for a valid report:

- Name of the reported character

- Server of the reported character

- A detailed description of the incident

※ Please be aware that we can not accept any reports which does not follow our evidence guidelines!
