Dear Players,

To ensure an optimal server environment, during the maintenance period on February 6 January 23, 2025,
we will be conducting a deletion of inactive accounts that meet the following criteria:

▣ Account Types:

- Email Accounts (Verified and non-Verified)
- Channeling Accounts (Social Media and PlayPark included)
- Guest Accounts

▣ Conditions:

Accounts that match the following conditions:

1. If the highest character level is below Level 15 (Level 1~ 14) AND
2. If they have not logged into the game for the past 1 year (as of December 20, 2023) AND
3. If they have no payment history

This action aligns with Section 3.4 of our Terms of Service.
- Termination of Inactive Account: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE
if your account has not been accessed for more than 1 year since your last accessed time.
In such event, you will no longer be able to access and/or use the Services using the terminated account.
Any Virtual Money and/or Virtual Goods associated with the terminated account will also be deleted,
and no refund will be offered to you with respect to such Virtual Money or Virtual Goods deleted.
