Minor Fixes after 7/24 Maintenance

Dear Flyffers,

There are some minor changes we have made after today's (July 24) maintenance.

Bug Fixes
-Fixed an issue where the Resurrection skill could be blocked by obstacles.
-Fixed an issue where pick-up pets would sometimes get stuck against invisible walls.
-Fixed an issue where the free dungeon entrance of the [Personal House NPC] Lala was not provided.

Android Version Only
- Added a button for Manage Privacy under Account menu for EU Privacy Consent mode.
