Flyff Universe v1.5 - Muran’s Awakening

Hello Flyffers!

GM Shadow here again, and today I’m excited to share with you the additional update coming to Flyff Universe v1.5 - Muran’s Awakening.

With this update, some long awaited updates will be coming such as new PvP gear, Donation and Lord system, a reimagining of the old classic Euphresia Dungeon and much more!

Changes to PvP content

Level 180 PvP gear

We are including the long-awaited level 180 PvP gear in the coming update!

This new level 180 PvP gear is just that: new equipment focused on stats needed for PvP.

The new weapons for this can also be upgraded to their Ultimate Weapon versions. Along with this change, the new PvP gear now uses its own protection scroll, the Scroll of PProtect.

The Scroll of PProtect can simply be obtained by playing more PvP content such as Guild Siege and can be exchanged with the new currency, Red Chips 2. Red Chips 2 will also be used to exchange for the new equipment, and if you wish, older equipment and buffs you could obtain with the existing Red Chips which are no longer obtainable.

Updates to the PvP content

As mentioned above, you will be getting new versions of Chips, Red Chips 2, Kalgas Chip 2 and Yellow Chips 2 for participating in the respective content after the update. All the new chips will have the previous exchanges available as well.

For the Madrigal Tournament, a much-requested change will be implemented: 4vs4 matches. Also, the reward, Yellow Chips 2, will have a special reward added to the exchange list: a new ticket to Kebaras 2 region.

Familiar location, different monsters

Kebaras 2 will have a higher-level monster for better grinding at higher levels, ranging from around Lv140 to 190 to fit your leveling needs.

We will also be creating a new Level 165 Guild Siege for those who would like to enjoy the Guild Siege but didn’t make it to the 3rd Job change yet.

Please note that you will still be able to obtain the Green and Blue Chips as you have done before, including the new Level 165 Guild Siege for a new way to obtain Blue Chips.

New Dungeon

Euphresia

With this update, we are bringing a new open-world dungeon to the Kaillun region, similar to Herneos: Euphresia!

The new dungeon is an open-world dungeon much like Herneos, and you can grind for monsters or even do some special quests via the NPCs in the dungeon.

Donation and Lord System

Donation System

We have heard many opinions from our players to have some user-initiated buffs like those you remember from PC Flyff, and we present to you the Donation System.

The Donation System can be accessed from anywhere via the main menu UI under the Community tab.

You will be able to activate user-initiated buffs for EXP and Drop rates every 3 hours when the goal has been reached for the amount of Penya donated. Please note that the amount of Penya required for the buffs will vary from server to server.

These buffs are a global buff for your server, and if you have donated towards reaching the goal, you will receive 10% more bonuses. If the lowest objective hasn’t been met, the donations thus far won’t be reset.

A special ranking for the top donator for the week can be found by the Lord Manager NPC next to the Secret Room Manager NPC. If you manage to reach the top donator position for your server, you will be appointed as the Lord for that week.

If you have managed to become the top donator of your server for the week, you will be appointed as the Lord for the week.

Once you become the Lord of your server, you will get special perks exclusive to the Lord: Lord Skills and special rewards.

Lord Skills are special skills that only the Lord can use that will help your adventure or even make you feel even more powerful, such as special shout text colors or even summon somebody towards you!

On top of this, you will get additional rewards that can be used that week, such as exclusive costumes, a pet, and a mount!

Mysterious Castle

The Mysterious Castle that was floating near Darkon, will be a new boss-rush type dungeon to farm for your equipment.

The Keeper awaits you

There will be a total of 7 floors for you to clear, each with a different boss to be fought. These bosses will look familiar to existing bosses but they will have some different attack patterns and gimmicks for you to deal with.
