First and foremost, we sincerely apologize to all the Flyffers who love and enjoy Flyff Universe for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the reduction of daily quest rewards without prior notice during the unscheduled maintenance on July 24, following the 1.5.5 update on July 23.

It is our duty to provide a stable service through close cooperation with the development team and to transparently and promptly inform our Flyffers of all changes. However, in our hasty response, we failed to communicate this vital information beforehand, lacking due consideration for our players who were eagerly anticipating the new update. This is a clear oversight on our part, and we take full responsibility.

This situation arose while searching for ways to expand the sources of 'Sunstones,' which are essential for the growth of our high-level players, in collaboration with the development team. In the process of finalizing the reward plan, the initial data, which had not undergone sufficient economic and growth balancing, was erroneously applied to the live server. In correcting this, our inadequate handling led to an unannounced reward reduction. We deeply reflect on our failure to prioritize and respect your precious time and effort.

Reflecting on our inadequate communication, we have prepared a general compensation for all our Flyffers, along with an additional compensation specifically for our high-level players whose growth was directly impacted by the reward reduction. Daily Quest Reward Improvements and Updated Rates

• We plan to revamp the daily dungeon rewards in the next update as detailed below. First, we ask for your understanding regarding the fact that we cannot maintain the rewards at the level initially and erroneously applied. Considering the overall impact on the in-game economy and balance stability, we have concluded that keeping the rewards at that initial level is unsustainable. We ask for your generous understanding.

• Instead, we will significantly adjust the drop rates of items inside the current Daily Reward box so that players can definitively feel a noticeable increase in their Sunstone acquisition in-game. This adjustment will ensure that the newly introduced high-level daily quests properly function as a reliable supply source for Sunstones to support your progression. Please refer to the table below for the detailed figures.

Lord System Buff Issue and Penya Refund

• An issue where the buff effects of the Lord System were not being applied correctly was identified and fixed on July 29. Furthermore, considering that the elected Lords were unable to use the Lord buffs due to this issue, all Penya they had donated has been fully refunded.

Gradual Expansion of Sunstone Supply

• We are well aware of the difficulties you face regarding gear progression due to the limited sources of Sunstones. We are currently coordinating with the development team to gradually expand the sources of Sunstones through daily quests and dungeon bosses so that high-level players can attempt a wider variety of final gear setups.

Kebaras 2 (1 Day) Ticket Exchange Cost Adjustment

• We quickly identified that the ticket exchange quantity did not align with the design intentions, and this will also be swiftly corrected in the next patch.

Ongoin Review of Community Concerns

• We are keeping a close eye on issues for which many of you are constantly wishing for change, such as Guild Siege conflict schedule issue, New Boss drop, 180 PvP Weapon Balance, Coral Experience, Balancing 3rd Job, and even API update (for Wiki).

• In addition, we are fully aware of the numerous bugs and suggestions reported by our players that may not be on this immediate list. We will thoroughly review your precious feedback to ensure everything is completely addressed and continuously improved.

While we realize that the direction of these changes may not perfectly satisfy every single player, Flyff Universe aims to be a game built together through active communication with our community.

We will refine the feedback loop maintained by the GMs and Moderators, who serve as the crucial bridge between our Flyffers and the development team. Please continue to leave your criticisms and opinions about the game on Discord without hesitation. We will regularly compile the voices from the community, deliver them to the development team, and ensure that our communication process remains transparent and diligent.

We will continue to enhance our communication to provide better service moving forward, and do our absolute best until the raised concerns and old bugs are completely resolved.
