You can receive a simple quest to do every day from the Polar Bear NPC in each town, which resets at 00:00 server time.
You need to collect 15 Carrot items, which can be found by hunting event monsters Grumpy Elf and 15 Snowballs which can be found randomly in the field.
If you do the quest, you can get the following rewards each day:

Please note that if you miss a day, you will continue from the last day you have received the rewards from. (For example, if you have done Day 1 and 2 and skipped a day, you will start getting Day 3 reward and onwards from the day you start again)
