Dear Players,

As announced earlier, the team have retrieved the Rune items from the players that have obtained or used the Rune items prior to the Rune related changes after the maintenance of October 17, 2024.

We apologize for those players that were affected by the retrieval and compensation has been provided to the relevant player's account.

The recent issues that arise after 10/17 maintenance was indeed an unsatisfying experience which the team is fully aware and we will try to avoid the same mistakes on future updates.
