Dear players,

On October 18, we have retrieved the Rune items prior to the Rune related changes after the maintenance of October 17, 2024.

Although compensation was provided to the players who have been affected by the retrieval, some players have argued additional compensation has to be made and we saw that their argument was valid.

To show our sincere apologies, we have provided additional compensation to the players who were affected by this issue.
