Minor Fixes after 7/18 Maintenance

Dear players,
Here are the minor changes we have made after today's (July 18th) maintenance:
Bug Fixes
- Renamed the Cloak of Columbia to Cloak of Colombia.
- Fixed an issue where the Sea Shell Upgrading window would continue upgrading after reaching the target upgrade level.
