Minor Fixes after 1/4 Maintenance

Here are the minor changes we have made after today's (January 4th) maintenance:

Bug Fixes

- Fixed the issue where the windows' title was sometimes not appearing with the Original UI theme.

General Changes

- Many Azria object textures have been reworked for a better snowy effect.
