Minor Fixes after 5/15 Maintenance

There are the minor changes we have made after today's(May 15) maintenance.

General Changes
- Changed the town theme to 3rd Anniversary

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where certain weekend event description was displaying incorrectly
