Please find below additional information regarding the Preliminary Round results, the support that will be provided for Guild Ship and Lord Buffs, and the Grand Final schedule.

1. Preliminary Round Results

The Preliminary Round concluded on September 9 at 23:59 UTC. Please note that any matches played after this time will not be reflected in the final results.

2. Guild Ship and Lord Buff Support

We kindly ask guild leaders whose guilds owned a Guild Ship during the originally scheduled tournament period to contact Customer Support HERE and provide details of the buffs your guild had intended to use.
Once the submitted information has been verified against the relevant game data, we will provide the corresponding consumable buff items for use during the rescheduled tournament.

All provided buff items will only be available for use on September 19 and 20 and will be removed after this period.
To help us process your request as efficiently as possible, please include your guild name, the character names of all four PvP team members, and the buffs you are requesting when contacting Customer Support.
Please make sure to submit your request by September 16 at 23:59 UTC.

3. Grand Final Schedule

Please note that there are no changes to the Grand Final schedule in Manila. The Grand Final will proceed as originally scheduled.
